Timing. Orders are dispatched within [1–2] working days (orders placed after [2pm], or on weekends and bank holidays, are processed the next working day). Most UK deliveries arrive within [7] working days of dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Subscription deliveries. Subscribe & Save orders are dispatched automatically on your schedule. You'll get an email before each renewal, and you can change your date anytime via [account login URL].

Delayed or missing parcels. If your tracking hasn't moved for 3 working days, or your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, email us and we'll investigate with the courier and put it right replacement or refund.
